Sponsorship Opportunities The information on this page is for "Sponsorship" opportunities only, click here to learn about "Court & Ad Book" contribution opportunities   The Sickle Cell Tennis Classic Committee, would like to offer your organization an opportunity to sponsor the 44th  ANNUAL SICKLE CELL TENNIS CLASSIC to be held for a two-weekend period starting Saturday August 7, 2021.   The Tournament is a great way to gain visibility as a supporter of the Delaware community’s effort to raise funds for Sickle Cell Research and Education.  The tournament is a fun time for local residents as well as visitors from Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.  The games are highly competitive and from the positive comments each year, a "great time is had by all"! The winners proudly display their trophies.  Last year, nearly 225 players competed in over 180 matches.   Each year, one in four hundred black children are born with the Sickle Cell disease.
